the spinoff of ADT from Tyco. Stories had been circulating in the industry
trade press for months. Behind the scenes, industry veterans had speculated on

The world will move around you, whether you want it to or not, and we all need
to adapt. The nature of these moves holds a significant message for our ESA
membership: Every company is looking at the next stage of its development.
