A Special Dinner Gives Attendees Time with Their State Fire Marshals

This year, the board of directors of the National Association of State Fire Marshals (NASFM) will be in Washington, D.C. at the same time ESA is having its Day on Capitol Hill event. As a result, we have planned a joint dinner with them during Tuesday night's Diamond Dinner, and are excited about the chance to spend an evening with these high-ranking fire marshals and get to know them personally.

The membership of NASFM comprises the most senior fire officials and their top deputies. Their responsibilities include fire safety code adoption and enforcement, fire and arson investigation, fire incident data reporting and analysis, public education and advising governors and state legislatures on fire protection. Most of the members are appointed by governors or other high-ranking state officials.

The Diamond Dinner, sponsored by Interlogix, will be a unique opportunity to network with state fire marshals from around the country. Plan to be there!
