Use Market Research to Bolster Your Marketing Efforts

Earlier this year ESA commissioned a study to measure how current home security customers are reacting to changes in the market. The study included topics such as new technologies home security customers are most interested in; new technologies to motivate a user to switch service providers and more. Be sure to take advantage of the data in the Executive Summary when developing your 2016 marketing strategy.
