Potter Electric Signal Company has unveiled a major overhaul of its website, www.pottersignal.com, reflecting considerable research into the previous website and a great deal of feedback from customers. The major focus is on enhanced navigation and product information as well as a more robust backend platform.
"The goal of the relaunch is to enhance navigation and make a more efficient experience for users,” said Bernie Lears, President and CEO of Potter. "We used customer feedback on what aspects of the site are most utilized and how they can be made better. With all the new products that Potter continues to roll out, we needed a website that allows us to make more frequent updates and get the information into the hands of our customers more quickly. This site does just that.”
This is the first stage of a continuous plan by Potter to improve the capabilities of its web-based interaction with its customers. Some of the updated features include improved search capabilities and updated customer order tracking. Future additions include such things as enhanced training services and social media options allowing users to get updates in the ways that are most convenient for them.
