Monitronics Wins Three 2014 Hermes Creative Awards

The Monitronics Dealer Program has won three 2014 Hermes Creative Awards for
effective marketing communications directed towards active and prospective Monitronics dealers.

Monitronics received a Platinum Hermes Award for The Monitor, its quarterly magazine to active dealers. Its 2013 ISC West tradeshow exhibit and campaign won Platinum and Gold Hermes Awards, respectively.

Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional and emerging media. The Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals’ (AMCP) judges received about 5,500 total entries from the U.S. and several other countries.

The Monitor combines high-quality design and layout with relevant information about Monitronics’ dealer network, including industry updates, features on outstanding dealers, new product information and life-saving success stories from Monitronics’ Alarm Response Center.

In Monitronics’ 2013 ISC West promotion, “The Ultimate Drive: High Performance Challenge,” alarm dealers who joined the program could earn a BMW 5-series and other special prizes by meeting certain performance objectives in their first year. The results were excellent: Monitronics had the highest-attended “VIP” event and saw a program-record number of prospects signed.

The ISC West exhibit infused luxurious fabrics and colors with videos of Monitronics dealers enjoying “VIP” treatment in the program. The overall campaign engaged prospects to consider Monitronics’ reputation for outstanding support that “drives” a dealer’s business to new heights.

“Our sales and marketing teams continue to raise the bar for the Monitronics Dealer Program,” says Bruce Mungiguerra, Monitronics Vice President Operations. “They’re constantly formulating new ways to express all the advantages that a company has as a Monitronics dealer. We continue to see excellent growth as a result.”
