ESA is actively recruiting for two open positions: A National Apprenticeship Program Manager and a Member Service Representative.
National Apprenticeship Program Manager: This high-capacity manager provides administrative oversight for all aspects of ESA's National Apprenticeship Program. You will operate as the Association's liaison between the apprentice, industry companies, technical instructors, vendors and venues to coordinate timely support and service for program delivery. The position requires an integrated focus, working closely with the Sr. Vice President of Training and Certification to execute strategies that accomplish goals as set by the Executive Officer, Board President and Executive Committee.
Member Service Representative: This self-starter performs a variety of general administrative and call center functions to support ESA's Membership & Chapter Relations Department in the execution of plans to meet member recruitment and retention goals. You will provide first-class phone and sales support in an effort to expand brand awareness, product purchase and program participation.
