ESA is actively seeking to fill three open full-time positions:
- Member Service Representative, with a focus on recruitment: This self-starter performs a variety of recruitment, general administrative and call center functions to support ESA’s Membership & Chapter Relations Department in the execution of plans to meet member recruitment and retention goals. They provide phone and sales support in an effort to expand brand awareness, product purchase and program participation.
- National Training School (NTS) Coordinator: This position will assist the NTS Administrator, with duties including building relationships and maintaining contacts with state training coordinators; scheduling classes; editing and revising training and course materials; and coordinating and administering student data, among others.
- National Apprenticeship Program Manager: Provides administrative oversight for all aspects of ESA's National Apprenticeship Program; represents the program to the U.S. Department of Labor and ensures that requirements are met; acts as liaison between the program and the Unilateral Apprenticeship and Training Committee (UATC), which is responsible for oversight of the program from a state perspective, administering and operating the apprenticeship program at the local level; and other duties.
