ESA's Young Security Professionals (YSPs) hosted their Fall Forum in conjunction with the CAA Winter Convention on Dec. 5-6 at the Parc 55 Wyndham Hotel in San Francisco. The event was a huge success that provided YSPs with several educational and networking opportunities
Among the many guest speakers at the YSP Fall Forum was Kristen Simmons, managing partner at Lightswitch. Simmons presented a hands on workshop that examined ways to improve the customer experience. The informative session stimulated robust conversation among attendees and gave YSPs the tools they need to implement these practices in their businesses.
After a day of workshops, YSPs had a chance to unwind at First Crush Restaurant and Wine Bar. The group dinner gave the attendees an opportunity to spend quality time swapping ideas, challenges and various opportunities.
Thank you to our YSP Fall Forum Sponsors: Interlogix, Honeywell, Axis Communications, System Sensor, Vivint, Telguard and Tri-Ed Northern Video Distribution!
