|Chris Mosley is founder and president of Complete Security Systems, an award-winning company and one of New Jersey’s largest independent security dealers, located in Marlboro, New Jersey. It is a full service, UL listed,electronic fire and security company.|
Chris started his business out of a toolbox over 30 years ago.Today, it operates out of an 18,000 square foot facility with more than 50 employees and a fleet of over 30 vehicles.
A NJESA member of more than 20 years, he takes pride in representing the industry, having served as president of NJESA and currently holding the position of CSA for New Jersey. He serves on ESA’s Codes and Standards Committee and is a national advisory board member. He actively participates in industry events both locally and nationally.
Chris’ solid list of growth and management experience includes budget creation, team building and employee development, market analysis, staff assessment, sales management, and service, installation and operations management. These well-honed skills allow him to effectively work within his business and other organizations to effect change and ensure that the best business practices are employed to get optimal results.

Since co-founding RSS in 2007, Steve has been responsible for the strategic leadership and planning of the company, where his 30+ years of middle market retail, service and distribution management skills have been instrumental in leading the organization’s growth.
Prior to founding RSS, Steve held various senior executive roles as President, CFO and Controller for companies in numerous and diverse industries, domestically and internationally including recreational marine, beverage, professional hair salon and foundry.
Steve became a CPA in 1986 and began his career in the middle-market accounting and consulting practice of KPMG after earning his BS Business degree from Miami University, Oxford, OH in 1984.

|Rick Simpson is the Vice President of Technical Services for Vector Security (VSI). He began his career in the alarm industry over 30 years ago as a service technician and has held various technical services management positions within VSI. Today, Rick is responsible for the development of VSI’s technical product selection, installation and servicing protocols. He is NICET Level 3 certified and is VSI’s technical license holder in over 15 states.|
Rick is the current chairperson for ESA Standards and Fire Life Safety Committee. He is also a principal for CSAA on NFPA 72 Household Fire Alarm Systems representing the alarm industry. An active participant in industry related issues, Rick has been active in volunteer efforts for the last 12 years.
|Angela brings 29 years of experience within the industry. Her roles have included installer, service technician, sales, general management and company ownership. She is currently an equity partner and the executive vice president of Central 1 Security in Brookfield, WI. In her daily role, she is primarily responsible for the operation of the corporation, reporting directly to the president.|
Angela is the founder and previous owner of Pro-Tech Systems of Vermont. She is the president of Vermont ESA, where she has co-authored state licensing (which she is determined to get passed). She holds several fire alarm licenses in Vermont and was the direct liaison to the state fire marshal during annual regulation updates. She holds several NTS accreditations and only lacks student teaching to become completely certified to instruct Levels I, II and FAIM. Angela has been a board member of ESA for six years.
Angela is married, the mother of three daughters, one son, and has three grandchildren.

|Dee Ann Harn is the second generation CEO/Owner of
RFI Enterprises, Inc. RFI’s corporate office and CSAA
Five Diamond UL Monitoring Center is located in San
Jose, California; with offices serving Central and Southern
California, Nevada, and Washington.
Dee Ann has served in many capacities within RFI from
administrative, central station operator, sales, and even
janitorial in the early years. She is a member of the senior
leadership team, committed to maintaining RFI’s status as a highly ranked member of the Top 100 Systems Integrators
in SDM’s Magazine’s annual survey since its inception in
1997, and was named SDM’s 2012 Systems Integrator of the Year, Honoree.
In addition, RFI has been consistently recognized as one
of the top 25 Family Owned Businesses by Silicon Valley/
San Jose Business Journal. Currently, Dee Ann is actively
involved in CSAA, ESA, and is Chair of ESA’s Executive
Management Professionals group.
||Jon Sargent is recognized as one of the strongest leaders on
alarm response issues in the United States. He has served
for many years on ESA’s board of directors as a state chapter
representative, national company chairman, and currently,
as the secretary. Jon received ESA’s 2007 State Chapter
President of the Year award. He is currently a board member
of the East Bay Alarm Association, a past president of the
Golden Gate Association and the California Alarm Association
and he has worked in the security industry for 41 years. In
2010 he received the CAA’s prestigious George A. Weinstock
Lifetime Achievement and Service to the Alarm Industry Award.
At the state level, Jon was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown
in 2011 to serve on the California Alarm Disciplinary Review Committee. He also serves as Industry/Law Enforcement
Liaison for the Security Industry Alarm Coalition (SIAC).
His SIAC work involves active participation with numerous law enforcement agencies, and he is a member of the
International Association of Chiefs of Police, the National
Sheriff’s Association, the California Peace Officers Association, California State Sheriff’s Association, the Contra Costa
County Sheriff’s Posse, the Sacramento Asian Peace Officers
Association and the False Alarm Reduction Association.
Additionally, Jon also serves in the Department of Homeland
Security, where he is an appointed Communications Services
Staff Officer in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary.
