1) The four components of a successful CRM.

2) How to avoid the perils of CRM.

3) How CRM can aid in target marketing your best fit customer.

4) How to build a productive, efficient, and effective sales effort.

3:30 – 4:45pm – Organizational Development  - Virginia Saussy (Executive Vice President, Mignon Faget)

Virginia Saussy is the Executive Vice President of Mignon Faget, Ltd. She began working for Mignon Faget, Ltd. in 1991. Virginia left Mignon Faget, Ltd. in 1997 and spent four years doing corporate marketing for communications companies PrimeCo and Verizon Wireless. In 2001 she returned to Mignon Faget, Ltd., as Executive Vice President. Virginia is a graduate from Newcomb College of Tulane University. She is a community activist and has been involved with many New Orleans organizations such as COPS II, Women of the Storm, and the Broadmoor Improvement Association where she was pivotal in post Katrina repopulation efforts. She is a founding member of the Krewe of Muses carnival organization.

Mignon Faget, Ltd., is a jewelry and gift design, manufacturing and sales organization established in 1969. The work of Mignon Faget is hand-crafted in New Orleans and collected world-wide.
