There was Something for Everyone!
The 2012 ESA Leadership Summit (the Summit) had something for everyone! Held again at the Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas, January 9-12, 2012, the Summit featured its traditional association meetings, leadership programming, and social networking events as delivered in years past. The 2012 Summit provided exceptional resources for the association's volunteer leaders to sharpen their leadership skills, especially at the chapter level. Following the successful launch of the Hosted Guest portion of the 2011 Summit, the 2012 Summit was co-located with the newly titled Electronic Security Integrators Forum (ESI Forum). The ESI Forum hosted the nation's most successful security integration companies in an intimate setting. All attendees had exceptional opportunities for idea sharing and unparalleled networking at the co-located events. 
The 2012 Leadership Awards were presented during the Diamond Awards Dinner at the Cellar Restaurant and Bar and were co-hosted by Kirk MacDowell, residential business leader from Interlogix - ESA's Diamond Executive Strategic Partner - and the evening's sponsor; and by Deborah O'Mara, editor-in-chief of Security Dealer & Integrator magazine.
