Congressional Backlash Against Administration’s Overtime Rule
ESA and other business associations are supporting efforts of the U.S. Congress to overturn the U.S. Department of Labor’s overtime eligibility revisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Senate Joint Resolution 34 was introduced to block implementation of the Overtime Rule in response to the unfair regulations set to impose on small business owners late this year. Mission 500 will be hosting their 2nd annual security industry softball game fundraiser on August 20th at Eisenhower Park in Westbury, New York beginning at 12:00 pm. The Mission 500 Security Softball Game is the sister event to the Security 5K held earlier this year in Las Vegas.
