Registration for the 2013 YSP Fall Forum Now Open
ESA’s Young Security Professionals (YSP) ramp up for the annual forum being held in Chicago

Irving, Texas (July 25, 2013) — The Electronic Security Association (ESA) recently opened registration for the 2013 ESA Young Security Professionals (YSP) Fall Forum that will be held on Sept. 23-25 at the Allerton Hotel in Chicago, Ill. Early-bird registration pricing ($200 for ESA members/$250 for non-members) and a discounted rate at the Allerton Hotel ($185/night) for the annual two-day executive forum will be available until Aug. 29.

This year, YSP has partnered with the ESA Executive Management Professionals (EMP) to create invaluable networking opportunities, dynamic sessions and educational workshops during the forum. The workshops will provide fresh perspectives on topics such as family business/succession and general business management/leadership. Members will also have opportunities to attend breakout sessions specially tailored to the individual professional groups. ESA’s National Training School (NTS) Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available to attendees.

In addition to partnering with EMP, YSP will join the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) Young Professionals for their Welcome Reception on Monday, Sept. 24 at the McCormick Place. Through this partnership, ASIS is extending their member pricing to ESA members so that they may take advantage of the various seminars during ASIS 2013. A list of sessions can be found here.

Forum attendees will also have time to unwind and enjoy their time in the Windy City with two group outings: Trips to Wrigley Field on Sept. 23 where the Chicago Cubs will take on the Pittsburgh Pirates and a group dinner on Sept. 24 to Harry Caray’s at Navy Pier. The group outings, along with the ASIS Welcome Reception, ASIS show floor pass and all sessions/meal functions, are included in the registration price. For more information and a complete YSP Fall Forum schedule, please visit www.ESAweb.org/event/2013yspfallforum.

Individuals interested in joining YSP and/or EMP can visit www.ESAweb.org/professionalgroups for more information or contact Jaclyn Sion at (972) 807-6818 or by email at Jaclyn.Sion@ESAweb.org.
