2015 ESA Leadership Summit will Feature a Session on Compensation Trends
Security Industry Veteran, Paul Boucherle, Will Explore New Compensation Strategies

During his 35 years in the security and safety industry, Boucherle has worked in various capacities including UL central station operations, risk-vulnerability assessments, strategic security program design and management of industry convergence challenges. Not only has he led national accounts in corporate environments, but Boucherle has also found success as an entrepreneur.
Over the last 17 years, Boucherle successfully founded and managed a pioneering IP video technology development company as well as security business consulting company. Additionally, Boucherle earned designations as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Certified Sherpa Coach (CSC). Today, Boucherle has added a few more skills to his repertoire including charismatic speaker, writer and educator as well as an accomplished corporate strategist, tactician and marketer specializing in the execution of IP centric sales growth plans.
Boucherle will bring his diverse expertise to the ESA Leadership Summit in a session entitled, “Compensation Trends and Strategies that Drive Security Business Results.” In the session, which will be held on Feb. 11 at 2:45 p.m., Boucherle will share case studies of compensation programs used by security dealers and integrators and dive into recent payment trends occurring in the industry.
