ESA Leadership Summit Announces Dennis Snow as General Session Speaker
Session will focus on promoting successful and beneficial employee behavior

Irving, Texas (September 18, 2015)
— The Electronic Security Association (ESA) is pleased to announce that Dennis Snow, former Walt Disney World Company executive will headline the Tuesday morning general session at the ESA Leadership Summit slated for Jan. 31 – Feb. 3 in Chandler, Ariz.

Snow spent 20 years with the Walt Disney Company, developing his passion for service excellence and the experience he brings to the worldwide speaking and consulting he does today. Snow launched a division of the Disney Institute responsible for consulting with some of the world’s largest companies including ExxonMobil, AT&T, General Motors and Coca Cola.

He also spent several years with the Disney University, teaching corporate philosophy and business practices to cast members and the leadership team. While there, he coordinated the Disney Traditions program which is universally recognized as a benchmark in corporate training. In his last year with Walt Disney World, Dennis’ leadership performance was ranked in the top 3% of the company’s leadership team.

As keynote speaker, Snow will present on “Performance Excellence – The Employee Factor.” Snow says the number one reason customers become disenchanted with an organization is employee’s poor attitudes and indifference. He will talk on how to avoid that by “engaging the heart” of employees in a way that customers can see, hear and feel in every interaction with an organization. Snow will explain ways to identify employee behaviors that align with the organization’s mission, employee selection, training and communication processes that reflect the organization’s values, and internal processes that support and engrain customer service-oriented behaviors.

Snow’s presentation will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the beginning of the Tuesday General Session, sponsored by Altronix. The 2016 ESA Leadership Summit promises to raise the bar once again, bringing together 300+ security industry professionals to Link, Learn, and Lead their businesses to new heights.

The event will take place at Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino which boasts well-appointed meeting spaces, 100,000 square feet of Vegas- style gaming and a variety of restaurants and lounges, amenities and outstanding service. It is ideally located minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Tempe and Scottsdale on the beautiful base of South Mountain. The venue neighbors 36 holes of Troon Golf, Rawhide Western Town, Aji Spa, Koli Equestrian Center and for driving enthusiasts Bondurant School of Driving is right across the road. Newly added Premier Outlets exceed the shop-a-holics wildest dreams and offer high-end designer outlet stores like Coach and Burberry. The best part is that the hotel offers complimentary transportation all day throughout the destination.
