The ESA 2010 State Licensing Guide is designed to familiarize you and your company with the licensing requirements in the states you conduct business.
It is strongly recommended that you become active in the state association where you do business. It is the state association that has the greatest influence over the licensing law in the state, and the state association is an invaluable asset that allows your company to keep up with changes in licensing laws on a timely basis.
Keep in mind, that this is a living, changing document. Each page is subject to change at the will of the legislature and/or regulatory agency of each state. The guide only references licensing at the state level. Many municipalities across the country have their own requirements. Contact the state or local regulatory agency for additional information regarding a particular license.
The ESA State Licensing Guide is free to members and may be purchased by non-members. Please visit the Online Store to download.
