Disaster access procedures from Mississippi, Louisiana

ESA is asking for the help of its Chartered Chapters is developing procedures at the state level that will ensure quick and efficient access to disaster areas by security industry professionals. States like Mississippi and Louisiana have developed similar measures that can serve as potential models for legislation in other states.
