In seven hours of intensive instruction, this program aids both technical and sales staff in expanding their knowledge of the installation, service and maintenance of residential fire alarm systems.

This course is based on the 2010 edition of NFPA 72, the 2009 edition of the International Building Code (IBC)/International Fire Code (IFC)/International Residential Code (IRC), the 2009 edition of NFPA 101 and the 2008 edition of NFPA 70.

This course concludes with a one-hour examination.
